The Perfect Vinaigrette

When you’re busy and you get hungry.. the Perfect Vinaigrette comes in handy. It takes 20 seconds to make and turns a green salad into an explosion of goodness! Make sure you’ve got avocados and some nice crunchy vegetables. Kimchi is another great add-on loaded with probiotics.

The Perfect Vinaigrette

Prep Time: 20 seconds
Yields: 3-4 servings


  • 1 garlic clove.
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup.
  • Pinch salt (or more to taste).
  • 1/4 cup olive oil.


  1. Stir everything together in a small bowl and voila!
