  • Shepherd’s Pie for days

Shepherd's pie (with ketchup) was my favourite meal growing up. I'm glad to have it back in my life (in the vegan form) because it's just as comforting, filling and as convenient as the traditional one. And I still enjoy it with Ketchup ;)
  • Classic Potato Salad

Who doesn't love potato salad, especially when extra creamy and flavourful! This side dish can easily be transformed into a nutritious meal by adding steamed kale or arugula. Also a great option for dinner parties.
  • Apple Pie For Breakfast

If you're looking for new breakfast ideas, here's a good one! This apple pie is raw and made of nuts, dates, raisins and fresh fruits. It's easy to prepare, and serves two people for up to 3 to 4 mornings. It's super convenient, and also great as a snack. I was inspired by this recipe many years ago from Raw Food Chef Ani Phyo, and I've been making it ever  since. I really enjoy it with a cup of Yerbamate ;)
  • Spaghetti Squash Puttanesca

If you're looking for something extremely flavourful and comforting, you can't go wrong with this one! Inspired by this popular Italian dish "Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca", with pasta, olive oil, garlic, olives, tomatoes and cheese. I think I've mastered a healthy version of it! And it's so easy, all you have to do is bake everything in the oven then mix it all together. The cheese is optional, but only takes 5 minutes!
  • Curried Butternut Squash Soup with Cinnamon Croutons

I love this soup for it's texture and rich flavour.. especially in the fall/winter season.
  • No Bake – Dark Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake

I absolutely love raw desserts! This one is rich and dense, it feels like a sin except you can pretty much eat it for breakfast! I highly recommend using a vita-mix for a smooth texture, and you'll want the help of a plunger.
  • Best Caesar Salad

One of my all time favourite! I can just eat a huge bowl to myself as a meal, and sometimes I add massaged kale and/or boiled potatoes to it.
  • Feel-Good Mac & Cheese

I grew up eating mac & cheese, so I HAD to come up with a healthy version. I got totally inspired by this amazing vegan book "Let's Eat" by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. The cheesy sauce is made of butternut squash, and I use the quinoa macaroni pasta for a gluten-free version. I also load it with steamed broccoli. The kids love it!
  • Balsamic-Beet Quinoa Salad with Basil

I honestly make this salad at least twice a week. It's so easy and SO delicious! The combination of basil, beets and balsamic is just perfect
  • Chipotle Stuffed Yams

I love how easy and comforting this recipe is. Very soul satisfying..
